Some pricing depends on the annual revenue of your nonprofit (under $50K, over $50K, over $1M).

Success Plan
(Development)

Your personal MiHiPro success consultant will break things down for you and guide you towards development and sustainability.  This will save you valuable time, frustration, and effort trying to figure it out on your own.  This plan includes:

  • Monthly one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions with assigned consultant determining a growth plan and providing accountability, solutions, and resources.
  • Email access to assigned consultant to recieve answers as needed

Startup Plan
(Formation)

Your personal MiHiPro startup expert will take the necessary right steps to ensure your status as a legal incorporated tax-exempt nonprofit. This will protect your personal assets, build credibility with potential donors, and unlock funding reserved for nonprofits with an official corporate structure. This plan includes:

  • Incorporation: we will  complete/submit form to obtain your Certificate of Formation from the state.
  • EIN: We will obtain your Employee Identification Number
  • Tax exempt filing: We will complete/submit the IRS 1023 form with all attachments
  • Bylaws: We will create your governing documents required by the IRS
  • Budget: We will supply a budgeting template for a 3-year revenue and expense plan to track your determine your fundraising needs
  • Conflict of Interest Statement:  We will supply a conflict of interest statement template to be customized to fit your needs

 

Pricing:

$450 one-time fee (under $50K)
$700 one-time fee (over $50K)
*plus the required filing fees paid to the Secretary of State and IRS (we will collect from you and pay when it is time to file).

Secure Plan
(Accounting)

Your personal MiHiPro accountant/bookkeeper will ensure your books are set up accurately and numbers are correct, giving you peace of mind and keeping your nonprofit compliant with IRS requirements. We make end-of-year tax filing extremely easy while instilling confidence in your donors and Board of Directors. This plan includes:

  • QuickBooks and chart of accounts setup
  • Guidance on budgeting and financial reporting
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Monthly profit and loss statements
  • Annual tax filing (if under $50K) or 1023 form prep (if over $50K)
  • Year-end 1099 prep
  • Year-end donor report
  • Best-practice advice on IRS compliance and other financial issue

 

Pricing:

$150 -$300 paid monthly, depending on the number of transactions and complexity.
